Wellness Consultations

As we move forward through life, chronic illnesses may arise as a result of years of accumulated stress, both physical and emotional, from living in our very toxic world. This can result in conditions such as:

  • High cholesterol

  • Diabetes

  • Coronary artery disease

  • Hypertension

  • Adrenal Fatigue

  • Leaky gut

  • Reflux

  • IBS

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

Many of these illnesses are caused by, or worsened by, our nourishment, choice of movement, stressful work or home environments, exposure to toxins, and our genetics. At a deep level, these conditions affect the microbiome in our gut and basic biochemical pathways in our bodies, resulting in illness. Although your genetics can’t be changed, the expression of your genes can be altered through lifestyle changes.

Working with Dr Brown through her Wellness Program offers an opportunity to optimize your health and wellbeing through changes in lifestyle and the use of supplements. The focus here will be on reversing the conditions that resulted in your illness in the first place, not on giving you prescription medications to treat the symptoms of those illnesses. In many cases, we are able to decrease or eliminate prescription medications completely.

Dr Brown believes that the human body has a tremendous potential to heal itself when given the right conditions. The tools that she uses include:

  • Specialty labs to look for

    • Toxins
    • Genetic issues
